WHEELS:
Due to the extreme loads when driving, cornering and high jumps, the rim design and the materials used are extremely important. The right flexibility and stability enable the Louise RC bikes to withstand these extreme loads.
The Louise RC rims consist of a mixture of high-quality nylon granulate and, if necessary, are additionally fiber-reinforced. These composite materials were specially developed by Dupont® for Louise RC.

TIRE INSERTS:
The tires are fitted either with special pre-formed or with cut-to-size foam inserts. The inserts are selected in an optimal density and dimension in order to ensure perfect cushioning and dimensional stability of the tire.

ASSEMBLED-GLUED:
Due to the extreme loads, the tire must be firmly attached to the rim. Louise RC takes the greatest care to ensure that the tires are properly bonded. For years she has been looking for the best way to glue the tires not only well, but also cleanly. Today Louise RC is considered one of the best in the RC industry. The tires are glued with a special rubber cyanoacrylate adhesive. This adhesive was specially developed for Louise RC to guarantee a perfect bond that can withstand all extreme forces.

CRAWLER compound:
Crawler tires have a completely different tire structure and the rubber compound is very different for their specific use. The tire has to be very flexible in order to be able to master the obstacles, but it also has to offer a lot of grip on the different surfaces. Crawlers are driven at slow speed and the obstacles must be overcome, so the tires are crucial for a successful crawler tour.
